Important Notice (Real-Charge Testing Model)
VibeMoney is a testing platform that can process real card authorizations and/or captures for validation and analytics. No funds are remitted to you; amounts charged are retained as the testing service fee. The Services are not a consumer checkout or ongoing commercial payment solution and must be used only with informed participants. See Sections 2, 4, 5, and 9.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VibeMoney's services, dashboards, or APIs ("Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Service (Real-Charge Testing)
VibeMoney provides tools to execute test charges and measure payment-flow performance and conversion. Transactions may involve real authorizations and/or captures. The Services are intended for controlled testing with disclosed, informed participants.
3. Accounts and Access
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. Keep credentials and API keys confidential; you are responsible for all actions taken using your keys. Revoke compromised keys immediately. You are responsible for managing user roles and permissions in your workspace.
4. Fees and Service Model
You authorize VibeMoney and its processors to initiate test charges in amounts you configure. Amounts charged are retained as Service fees; no settlements or payouts to you occur through VibeMoney. Pricing (usage-based or plan-based) is shown at signup or in the dashboard; prices exclude taxes and you are responsible for applicable taxes. VibeMoney does not hold, escrow, or remit funds on your behalf.
5. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Services to:
- Accept consumer payments for goods or services
- Conduct live production commerce or recurring billing to the public
- Transmit raw PAN, CVV, or magnetic-stripe data to VibeMoney
- Bypass rate limits or security controls
- Engage in unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or high-risk uses without written authorization
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
6. Compliance and Disclosures
You must clearly disclose the nature and amount of test charges and obtain informed consent from participants. You will comply with applicable laws and regulations, card-network rules, processor/acquirer terms, as well as platform policies and export/sanctions laws.
7. Card Data Handling and Security
VibeMoney does not store full primary account numbers (PAN) or CVV. Card data is handled by PCI DSS–compliant processors and tokenized. Do not log or transmit raw PAN/CVV to VibeMoney systems. You are responsible for the security of your applications, webhooks, and data flows, including authentication, encryption in transit, and idempotency.
8. Webhooks, API, and Rate Limits
Secure your endpoints; implement idempotency and retries within posted limits. VibeMoney may apply or modify quotas and rate limits. Excessive or abusive usage may result in throttling or suspension.
9. Refunds, Disputes, and Chargebacks
The testing model may restrict refunds or reversals through VibeMoney. You must inform participants about the nature of test charges and any limitations. VibeMoney does not guarantee approval rates, dispute outcomes, or network behavior.
10. Service Availability and Changes
The Services may change or be discontinued at any time. Maintenance or incidents may impact availability. Beta or Preview features may be unstable and change without notice.
11. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Where VibeMoney processes end-customer data on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies. You must provide required notices and obtain required consents. See Privacy Policy and DPA posted on our site.
12. Intellectual Property
The Services, software, content, and trademarks are owned by VibeMoney or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly provided.
13. Third-Party Services
Integrations or links to third-party services are provided for convenience. Their terms govern your use of them; VibeMoney is not responsible for third-party services.
14. Warranty Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Testing results are informational and do not guarantee real-world performance.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeMoney will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. VibeMoney's total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of: amounts you paid to VibeMoney for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100.
16. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless VibeMoney and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your testing program (including lack of participant disclosure), your violation of laws, network rules, or these Terms, or your content, configurations, or integrations.
17. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations, security risk, fraud, non-payment, or as required by law. You may terminate by closing your account. Sections relating to fees, IP, privacy/data, warranty disclaimer, liability limits, indemnification, governing law, and survival remain in effect.
18. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [INSERT GOVERNING JURISDICTION], without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts or arbitration forum of [INSERT VENUE], and you consent to such jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.

We may provide notices via the dashboard, in-product messages, or to the email associated with your account. You must keep contact details current.
